I was having that issue with the stock A/C on my '14 SB, went with the DK 425 and it's perfect. Gives me clearance and performance

Glad to hear the 425 has worked out so well for you

I run the DK Custom Products 587 with bobber cover on my '13 Wide Glide and even using an over sized cover fastener my leg has never contacted the A/C

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I've been looking at breather options on your site. Unfortunately, I purchased the Ness Big Sucker before I knew about your products. Now that I have it, I am looking at this breather option on your site.

The question is, how does this kit plug up the breather holes in the back plate that leads in from the banjo bolts? Also, do you offer any customization options? This kit looks great, but I'd prefer to run two tubes down to a two inlet filter just under the main AC filter. Basically your Traditional kit, but with the hose barbs used in the above link. Ever time I go on your site, I want to kick myself for buying the Big Sucker.

Yes, we can do a hybrid kit for you that is part DIY, but has the two inlet filter, and less hose, since you won't need to much. Contact Dwayne at Support@DKCustomProducts.com and he'll fix you up.

Awesome, Thank you. So am I correct in thinking there is a solution to plugging up the exisiting vent channels in the Ness back plate?

Thanks again!

Thanks; yes, that's a D&D Bobcat.

A/C cover was a chrome football bought off eBay that I cut on the rear and then PC.
