Also, looks like *The U* may be back as well. Just in time for next year, when tOSU starts a home-at-home with them.

Too bad The Domers won, though.

Oh, and tOSU looked decent today. Be it against Toledo, a MAC team, but...
tOSU does look good even if against Toledo. Remember Toledo hung a half a century on Colorado last week. They weren't a pushover.

I wanted to say it but I wasn't 100% sure they could pull it off. Washington, I mean. They did pull it off and USC displays there overratedness again. Now they will say it wasn't their starting QB. It was the QB that came within a hair of winning the starting job from the freshman so I say "no excuse".

The "U" is back. They're going to be tough to deal with.

Now Florida is crying "we had the flu" because they didn't display their awesome power and put a whipping on Tennessee like they said they would. I have to say "vulnerable". Tenn was a couple of mistakes from winning that game. They were no Troy.

LSU had a tough game with the school from across the swamp. ULL didn't lie down and play dead. ULL did beat K State last week and I told all here that it wasn't going to be a 50 to zip game. It showed that the LSU QB still has some work to do and time has run out. At Miss. St. next week, then on the road to Georgia, then the almight Gators at home.

Man, I really nailed the FSU and Florida games! Or not!

Tennessee looked tough; it'll be interesting to see whether or not it was a fluke or that they do have some real grit when they play Auburn in a couple of weeks.

My Horns didn't look bad in holding TT to only 24. I think that had McCoy not been suffering from the flu, Texas would've scored more points in the first half. Course I thought the Gators would cream the Vols too.

I'll admit, I was pretty surprised at the FSU game. I thought they'd win it, but I thought it was going to be much closer, maybe winning by a field goal. It's hard to tell if BYU was just completely overrated, or FSU was underrated based on the UM loss and their game vs. Jax State.

We'll see how things turn out, but I can see FSU and Miami meeting agin for the ACC championship. It should make for a very interesting game (when you consider exactly how close the first game came really).

Definitely been quite a few surprises so far this season! That why I love college football so much!

What a great day for football! 64°, and rain.

A couple bro's are over. We did some chili in a slow cooker. Either in bread bowls, or on dawgs. A few adult beverages.

AND, a W for tOSU.

We were all shocked Coach Tress added a TD in junk-time. tOSU up 23 - 0 with 1:20 to go in the game. 4th & goal from the 3.

Tress don't run up the score. But today he did. Instead of kicking a 3, he ran an pass play for 6.

BUT, now we are looking forward to tonight's Iowa at Penn State game, while mixing in some darts & SEC ball.

Well, not that you care, but the real "U" just lost our stud running back for the year, torn ACL. We still beat the hell out of BCS Conference Louisville. Go Utes!

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Nice loss, Georgia.

Although, ya can't totally blame them. That was a BS celebration call after Ga scored. (Same with the call for LSU) Then, to add another 5 for a fundamental mistake on a kick-off!

Props to LSU for the quick score. I'll be pulling for ya next week!

Now for some Buckeye ball on TB10 Network.

I agree. Both BS calls. The one on LSU was probably a makeup call. As to whether it meant the difference or not, I don't know. We'll never know the answer to that one. One pass completion can cover 15 yards. Maybe Holliday would have run it all the way back. We'll never know now.
I hope we can play to hold the score down against Florida like Tennessee did. Not. I'm gaining more confidence in both offense and defense. But, Florida has a lot of talent. I honestly don't know if we can win this one or not. I can only hope.

I didn't get to watch any other games. I was at my 40th High school reunion. I plan to watch Alabama and Ole Miss before the LSU game this weekend. I"m going over to a co-worker's house that is a Florida grad to watch. We get along pretty good. You guys know I don't talk a lot of smack. I try to be honest about teams and their chances.
Good luck with your games.

Tebow has been cleared to play. But, will Urban clear him to play?

If he does play, LSUs D better step-up their game.

But they have won 32 straight Saturday night games at Tiger Stadium.
