It's not that easy. This way you will have no output from the HU and no fade. The HU would see 4 front speakers. It can be done but you will have to split the signal off of the front LL with RCA "Y" connector as shown in the pic below to input into the amp, assuming you are using a four channel amp. Then run the speaker wires to the rear speakers.

I cut and spliced into harness going into the back of the HU for rear speakers without issue.

Here is a pic of the wires I spliced into to connect to the rear speaker.
If you know how to solder it's easy, just time consuming. The second pic is what it looks like when done.

Bertk.....on the first pic. Do i connect the wires on the left to the output and the wires on the right to the inputs?

If you are going to splice, I can write up detailed instructions tomorrow.
Here's a pic of what I think you are asking.

So...I will need a line leveler? I was thinking I could go straight to the inputs on the amp

I don't know how far you have got in the wiring so you may have already completed some of these steps.

1. Cut eight one foot lengths of wire, I used 16g. Use one color for positive and a different color for negative to help keep the correct polarity. I used black and white. White being positive.

Code:
Pin Color Speaker
K1 LBE RR +
K2 LBE/BK RR -
J1 LBE/O LR +
H1 LBE/GY LR -
LEB = Light Blue

2. Solder each one of these wires to each wire you cut in the harness. A second option would be to use quality Red Heat Shrink Butt Connectors. This will add bulk to the harness.

3. After the wires are soldered slide heat shrink over each solder. Sliding 1/4" shrink over each pair will help keep them together. Labeling each pair right, lift, input, output, will help out when it comes time to connect the wires.

4. The wire closest to the HU plug will connect to the inputs on the BT Line Leveler. Use Red female spade connectors to connect to the Universal Line Leveler.

Sitting on the bike these are the universal Line Leveler and wire colors.

Gray wires are for the left speaker
White wires are for the right speaker.
The striped wires are negative.

5. The RCA outputs on the Line Leveler will connected to the Rear inputs on the amp making sure polarity is correct.

6. The other two pair of speaker wires coming from the harness will be connected to the Rear output on the amp making sure polarity is correct.

Before testing the system make sure all the Line Lever setting are set to default.

Here are some pics of the process.
