After Painting/Refacing:

Before:

I just painted this bike. It is a Denver Chopper custom frame, yet I can't get the clearest answer on exactly what all this badboy has making it pound the ground as it has been.
I know it's a 1988 Evolution 80ci (before bore) powerplant, and (I'm told) the transmission is a 1986 Shovelhead, belt driven dry clutch. It is a 4-speed, by the way.
If anyone has any ideas about the following please let me know. Here's the scenario:
Yesterday I was riding about 60mph when all of a sudden I had no torque whatsoever on the drive. No Loud Noises, just felt as if it went into a 'neutral' state.
I stopped the bike, then restarted it. When I put it in gear I went about 10-feet then it felt 'neutral' again... Giving it gas didn't accelerate it one bit.
I put gear lube in the case (it was dry... I had to fix a leak in trannie bottom by putting new bolts in), new and new clutch pads but no that I have reassembled the clutch I cannot get the bike to engage at all. Any ideas as-to why? Let me know. Thanks friends.[/IMG]
