Ummm.. <cough> I was just looking for some info while I was waiting for my Ultra. Like what I saw and joined up. And that was before I discovered the PICS.
I came here before I bought my bike to learn as much as I could about the different models from people who looked like they knew what they were talking about. I found that this was the best Harley site on the web with a lot of knowledgeable and very nice people and now it has become my second home, well maybe my first home. This is a great site for getting a lot of info and sharing ideas and knowledge about Harleys and other things and just having a good time.
Forums have served to connect me with many various interests and hobbies and the people that share these passions. If it be Harley to Hunting there is a forum for everything and I truly appreciate all the exceptional people and expertise that are right there at my fingertips. I probably jump between a dozen favorites that serve various vehicles and interests. Its a great way to spend "free" time.
I wanted to join a Harley only forum which we do not have in this neck of the world. I'm still a member in a couple other biker forums down here but spend most of my time here, I got sick of sharing with the metrics - they just don't get it. I also like the forum as a stress relief.
