I have read several tourpac latches breaking,older yrs would too if adjusted to tight or lid under tension due to over stuffed container.They will replace those under warranty of course.The biggest compaint about the 07 touring line w/some of us early owners has been the way the MOCO has treated us.Once they have you chasing your tail,youre done.They have done something to quiet the newer releases up as it seems so far,but have done nothing for those of us that have already bought one.Was it labr related?build spec related?Vendor parts?or a combo of all?The defective case that was found by Latus HD has been silent.
