'79 XLS Sportster Roadster
I have a great little scoot for sale. It's a '79 XLS Sportster Roadster. Thay only made these for a few years. It has the look of a big twin with it's fat bob tanks. It has a great set of forward controlls, dual disk front brake, Nice old vintage saddlebags, electric start. It's a great bike. It needs some tlc though. It could be run just as is with no problems, but little things like rust on the pipes could be taken cared of. The only problem I've seen with this bike is that second gear slips when you run it hard. I think there might be a tooth missing on the gear. Not a big deal to fix, but it runs fine like it is. I'm asking $3750. I can send pics if you are serious. Please dont wast my time if you are not serious. Thanks a bunch... Josh
