FLHTCUSE5 in Burnt Amber/Hot Citrus
I definitely want to put in some throat. I really can't picture a much quieter bike. I like the way my stock pipes look, so the Full Sak option appeals to me. My bike is brand new, and the engine is stock. I am planning on cam upgrades, and also will need a tuner. That brings up another question...
Is there an advantage using one brand of tuner such as Power Commander, over another? Or is it mainly a brand preference?
Harley tells me that they have a tuner, and it replaces the ECM with a tunable device. The others, as I understand it, are "downstream" from the original.
The SE Ultra is my first Harley, so all this is new to me. Any and all info will be appreciated.

You'll get lot's of opinions on the questions you've asked. Here's mine: Fullsac is a great cost-effective option to retain the stock look and yet improve the flow and the sound of the exhaust. If your engine mods are modest, I think you'll be more than happy with the fullsac/stock modification approach.
If you're looking to improve the performance of a more heavily modified engine build, the stock headpipe is just not going to cut it. You'll need a higher performance head pipe which will mean your Fullsac baffles and catless stock headpipe will either go on Ebay or go into storage. You'll have to decide if that's OK.
Regarding the tuning software, I decided to go with the Harley Pro SuperTuner. I had the previous RaceTuner and knew I would be using the dealer for the tuning therefore I went with the Super Tuner. Deciding between MasterTune, SuperTuner or Power Commader, is best left up to the tuning tech that will be doing the work. If its a dealer, you'll likely need to stick with the SuperTuner.
If you're planning to have the bike tuned by someone other than a dealer, you'll have more options but you'll need to decide if its an issue to have a non-dealer tuning a new bike with non-Harley software and if that will be an issue for your dealer if you have a warranty claim in the future.
I don't mind using the Pro Super Tuner, if it can be re mapped after changing the cams, or if I decide in the future to change the exhaust again.

I saw the post about power curve on the dyno thread, but it doesn't seem that any other 110 guys are speaking up.
I do want to give a boost, but I still want a ridable machine. I'll be following the dyno thread for any more info that may be out there. I really don't want to do this mod more than once
Last week my '03 Ultra Classic left me on the side of the road. No big deal but when I went to pick it up I had to look at the new bikes on the floor. They had the Burnt Amber/Hot Citrus on the floor. A great color combo.
Well, its in my garage right now. Such a different ride than the '03. Overall much tighter feel in the frame and suspension.
Have heard some grumps about the six speed from others but I like it. 70 at about 2600 rpm's.
The highway pegs are to far forward for my legs and I will have to make a change there.
Other than that I think this one will stay stock. Plenty of motor for two up and even though it doesn't have that old Harley sound it still sounds pretty good for a stock exhaust.
Not enough miles to make any long term opinions but so far I am very impressed.
So is my banker!

I would've liked the colors if it came out on an stock Ultra instead of the flames incorporated on the Screamin' Eagle Ultra.
