if you do your own wrenching, the parts manual is also hepful with parts placement/order of installation.
i have always had a service manual AND a parts manual for every bike I've ever owned.
roll on

Do you believe that nobody already posted a PDF parts catalog on the net?
Come on.
A little bit solidarity between Harley owners.

Service manual and parts manual. First two items I purchase before anything else when I go to build a bike. Parts catalog can be more helpful at times even more so then the service manual. It's always nice requesting parts by the numbers anyway. Not just with Chicago HD but also the knucklehead behind the parts counter who can't tell the difference between a sealed bearing from a wheel spacer....

Be careful talking about solidarity and piracy in the same post.

cool down.
It's not question of piracy.
The parts manuals is a "service" that you can get for free, on the web from all the japanese, italians, gernans, etc, etc, manufacturers.
For Harley, you must pay for it... This is very small.
This is the bases of commerce. If you spread the information, you make things easy and you sale more.
...And you make the consumer happy
