Actually, I read the ones that say "for ______ owners only" etc. Just to see why these guys are special......hmm makes me think that maybe

they are "Special"

Oh, I think everyone here is getting along. Just having a bit of "tong in cheek" fun, with the newbie Iron owners. Just count the threads with IRON in the title, then look at the thread and see that the real topic is often a generic Sporty question.

In this thread, the title is not misleading, albeit a bit humorous. Without a sizable change in the shock length, a 160 E3 isn't going to fit on a stock Iron or Nightie.

I don't mean to be picky but I think that the "Iron Only" thread was initially for people just to show off pics of their Iron.

That said, yes, they are all Sportster questions. If I have a question I will ask the whole Sportster section.

Will be interested to hear how the Elite 3 does. I just got my 4th Metz 880 rear tire delivered yesterday, so I'll be ready for the next tire after you've given the Dunlop a good little test run.
