In January I ordered a Danny Grey seat for my '07 Street Bob. The bike was apart and I really couldn't check fit. By the time I could check the fit it was past the 1 month return date. Part numbers on the box were right but the seat wasn't. They said too bad. I have a $350 seat and don't know what it fits.

Sorry to hear you had a problem but in regards to the made in Japan gripe, in my searching, I don't recall any of the cycle retailers listing if an item is made in Japan. You just need to know your manufactures. ...example... V-Twin Manufacturing.... hint, hint ASIAN.... You have to ask and they will tell.... Hey, be sure to read the packaging in the Harley Dealer as well if you have a problem with Asian made because the wall is loaded with tons of Asian made parts for your hog. Check it out....

To be sure, I have sent an email to them if it fits to my 2006 883R. Their response was:

"Yes, this would work on that model. Thank you"

The fender was different from the picture on the ad and it did not fit to my Sportster either.

They were so reluctant to pay the refund, I filed a dispute.

By the way the Sportster fender was built in Taiwan and it was not mentioned in the ad either.

BEWARE and stay away from this company. This is the worst company I have ever done business with.

Power of the charge card. Dispute the charge. Policy is policy but your card company will probably favor you.

I've bought two items with them...about $500 each. Good experience and no problems. Items were shipped quickly and were exactly how they said they would be.

I've purchased a few things from them and ok but I had a problem recently with fitment and they wouldnt even discuss it. Cheap prices on some things but if you have a problem your screwed they dont stand behind what they sell. Once they have your money they dont care if they ever see you again. Worst customer service experience I ever ran into. I'll pay a little more from now on and feel like Im covered.

I've bought a lot from them and never had any problems. I ordered a brake caliper from them and I ordered the wrong one by mistake. They exchanged it with no fuss.

I wanted to come in with the part (being local) because I thought maybe Id been given the wrong part, They didnt want to hear it and told me that they have another part but I cant come in a look "they dont show parts" I replied your kidding? Im not looking for a refund I just want to find out if this is the wrong part or a factory defect or what because the bolt holes dont line up. The parts guy interupted me and said " look sir we dont show parts if you have a problem take it up with the manufacturer, I just asked how they stay in business and hung up. 5 minutes later he actually calls me back to get my info so they can be sure not to do business with me... haa get that, like I need to buy a part I can get anywhere from these jokers. Thing is I didnt care about the cost I just wanted to get the bike back together and would have gladly bought another if mine was wrong.
