I think a big problem is the greed of dealers.
You go to various dealers and you see anything from $0-995 being added for setup or whatever on top of the MSRP.
Sure there's a good number of decent dealers out there, but there's a lot that are worse than car dealerships. I'm sure the fees and crap I keep seeing don't help sell bikes.

I love the fact that the Rev took my bait. I made it as obvious as I could to make it look like I was just posting for the "shock value" and it worked. It's always a lot of fun and stuff when two guys with a post count of less than 200 between them argue over internet civility.......or whatever.
How about this? Stop responding to each other! Or take it to PMs! Otherwise, it just looks like a pair of stubborn guys, each one trying to get the last word. Seriously, take it to PMs, if you two feel that strongly.

Harley will live ,stock will go up ,,it's gonna snow here ,and around January I'm gonna roll up my garage door,,fire up the fatboy ,,crack a cold beer, sit behind ,and smell the exhaust and listen to that song that reminds me of every road we went the year before.The woman I met and married because of the bike ,the friends I've met because of the bike ,the people of harley,are much different than any other nationality on earth we are family, and I'll drink with all of you ,stop if you need help, call you a cab if you want ,or just shut up and listen ,,cause that's what family does
