#1 back on topic for a bit, due to the fact that I was so busy with midnight conference calls to asia this week after full day at the office I think I have to bail on the Roscoes [plus my dayghter does not want to wake up to go with me(frikken lazy teenagers).

Steve I will be doing the oils/maint on my bike today if you want you can come over and I will show you how to do the maintenance. Bring 5 qts of 20/50 and a filter (Mobil 1 V preferrably hehe).

Shoot !!! I would have taken you up on this in a heart beat. But I just finished telling my wife to get ready to ride. We are going to head to Everglades City. We have been arguing a little lately, so it would reallyu be bad if I bailed on her.

I just finished installing my new tour pak and took it for a test ride down 27... it was like adding a rudder to a boat, the bike seems steadier at 80.

Bah, I cant really, see, I just bought this house in the eveglades on stilts. So all my finances are tied up for now. Yeah, never really saw the savings but for 5 bucks/tire I couldnt see it hurting anything. I'll say it keeps pressure better than plain air however.

Nope, won't hurt a thing. After all, regular ole air is 78% nitrogen.

I can't believe I mounted a new Metz 880 the first of April before heading to the Maggie Valley trip and here I am replacing it again, 7 months & 14,000 miles later.

Sounds good, cHarley, I mean, Person With The Other Great Mind. Hope it works out.

I knowa guy that works on Honda's... he used to work on Harleys. He's thinking of doing extra work (non Honda's so as not to interfer with his company) on the side. I may start using him if he does.
A service manual, and Fix My HOG DVDs are a great combo if you're new to servicing your bike. Money well spent, and an ROI over and over again. I highly recommend it.

You suck. I'm sick with envy. I'd rather suck.

After all of my tests, I find that 78% nitrogen is the exact right percentage to run. But, then again, I'm a Rokit Sientits.

+1 - I'm a real advocate for the Fix My Hog DVD & Service Manual combo. It's called "service made easy", even Kimbo could do it.
