this is what I am thinking........
-Screaming Eagle Race Tuner
-Screaming Eagle Heavy Breather
-Screaming Eagle 204 cams
-Screaming Eagle Adj Push rods
-screaming Eagle Clutch Spring
-Vance & Hines Quite Baffles
Does that sound like a plan? I also plan to get it dyno tuned...any thing I should do differnt, does anyone have a dyno run off similar build? thanks justin
If youre after more power, dump the short shots and get a 2n1. I had bss and tried the quiet baffles. They sound better but if you install cams, they will hurt performance. A 2n1 performs much better - I know this first hand... Adj push rods are not necessary, but make the cams easier to install. Which cam is another discussion and does require research and understanding how "you" ride and where "you" want your tq. Both the 26 and 204 will provide a nice performance boost as will others... With the build you are talking about, dont think you will need se clutch spring.
Race tuner is good - but if it were me, Id go for a Thundermax or TTS Master Tune Vtune so when you change your motor again you do not have to pay some one to tune it again.

The '06 and later heads flow pretty well but flow flattens out about .500" lift. You could pull the heads, send them to BigBoyz for their $299 Street Port job and have them decked to a chamber volume of 82cc with a .030" head gasket and bolt in the Andrews 37H or 54H cams and the TTS Mastertune/Vtune or the TMax w/auto tune and you will be at or near 100TQ/100+HP. You can work out the details of chamber volume and compression with Bean or the porter of your choice.
The SERT is good stuff but not as user friendly as the two systems previously mentioned; you need to know what you are doing to tune with the SERT.
BTW, you will need the SE clutch spring and that won't hold it for long if you are an aggessive rider.
The Heavy Breather flows nicely and would be an improvement if you don't already have a high flow air filter.
Stock pushrods will be longer than I would like after having the heads decked and using the .030" head gasket but you can get the H-D Perfect fits that are .030" shorter than stock and they would work. If you go with adjustables, stay away from the newer SE tapered units (PN 18404-08); go with Andrews or S&S.
You asked about dyno runs; I just built helped a buddy build a 95", as described above with the TW37 cams; 106TQ/101HP.

Its not your mph speed that matters. Its the rpms in which you ride, where you shift so to speak. Just cause you go 80 mph does not mean you are reving past 3500 rpm's unless you do it in 3rd or 4th gear...
Dont get a 2n1 if you dont like them, looks does matter!!

96 ci , performance baffle for rhinharts , T-Man 525 cam , Baisley superstock heads and TTS .
stock everything else 9.4-5 compression
with a fat cat it will probley do better but this bike runs great for a little out lay.

The 37 graph is your heads, cleaned up with multi angle valve job and decked for compression; no porting.
I don't recall the details of the 54 graph but heads were stock, perhaps higher than stock compression from .030" head gasket but basically a Stage I 95" build. Notice the long flat TQ curve the 54 makes.
