Hope no one thought I was bashing this state... I freaking love it. The weather can not be beat. I love the everglades, near two different ocean... but I love my wife more. If she really had a need to move (she doesn't) I would, for her. But South Flordia is my first pick geographicly. The one downfall I would put is if you want to travel somewhere out of state, its a long trip just to get out... if you are starting in SoFla.
But this is what she missed about Sedona until I reminded her it gets cold there.
here is my 2cents i at times hate it here. at times i love it here. this time of year i love it. cant imagine anywhere else. i to am tired of the flat land, i am tired of the traffic and the damn heat. half my issue is probably because i live on an over populated peninsula. takes me about 45 min jsut to see green trees. i dont like the beach, unless i am on my cuz"s powerboat. living on the west coast of florida i cant go west at all. the beaches are 1 mile away from me, so all i can do is go east, north and south. i wanna go west once LOL
you know maybe ocala area is were i need to be to stay in florida? i dont know. but i am tired of it here at times.
