Speaking from my own experience, my N.T. came with a 2 into 1 Thunderheader which was pretty loud, traffic could hear me, switched to 2 into2 S.E. cause I liked the looks. Now I find I am riding with my thumb on the horn because people can,t hear me. Next step is V&H slip on's.

I have python 3 slip on and removed baffle. I have a 2006 so I don't have to retune anything. Super loud, sounds great, and fuel/air is just right no discoloring of pipes

Wow, someone really thought it was a good idea to drag what is probably the least helpful post on all of HDF back to the top after it's been hidden for 2 1/2 years? Guess they didn't bother to read the first 18 pages of 90% nonsense...
