My poser buddy on his Yamaha Raider

last night was one of those nights you wait all summer for.....schorching heat is gone, low humidity.....just perfect......I call my buddy up to ride down the coastline (west coast of florida)......he says not tonight, I need to wash my bike before i can go for a ride.....Its a 2009 raider with the neon L.E.D lights that shine on the motor, rims, etc.....he said the dust shows up when the lights are on.....THATS THE REASON YOU WONT RIDE ON A PERFECT NIGHT, BECAUSE YOUR L.E.D LIGHTS SHOW DUST ON YOUR CHROME.....WELL DONT TURN ON YOUR ACCENT LIGHTS THEN.....I lost a little respect for him last night.....friggin poser!!!!! and it did cross my mind that he was just makin an excuse but i know he was realy worried about having to ride without his l.e.d lights

I agree though, it was likely just an excuse. He did not feel like riding.

Ride without him. Problem solved. I know a few HD riders that are pretty **** about their chrome also. Poser? Maybe, but not just because of that.

Well, if he is this crazed about his jap bike just wait til he gets a Harley, he will be as screwed up as we are hehe. I just did a 300 mile ride with teh Fla Crew today it was perfect here in Fla, perfect temp perfect sun, the beach was nice, met up with 20 + members from this board. Its prime ridin time down here.
