Off my '10 Street Glide. EPA stamped, surprisingly loud at WOT. Made by Supertrapp. Great condition, maybe 1500 miles or so on it. Paypal only please, $190 or best offer shipped.
It's a slip-on for the 2010 FLHX and FLTRX. It will not fit older models as far as I know. The head pipe with catalyst is NOT included. I need to keep it for the day that California decides to sniff-test motorcycles.
It has an decent bark at WOT, but I can't hear it over the wind noise at 70mph.
It's EPA stamped..........so no it's not loud at all or else it wouldn't get the stamp.
Steve
Well, yes and no...
It is EPA stamped, so it passes the test. The test is done holding the speed steady at certain rpm. At idle, and holding it steady at 2500 rpm it is pretty quiet. It has that Supertrapp PFF sound.
BUT! When you crack that throttle wide open, this muffler barks! I'm surprised at how loud it is. Louder than any other SE pipe I've heard. People say it sounds loud when I ride by them. But you can be stealthy too.
What is the lowest you will go , and I don't have a paypal acct ! Is the muffler anywhere near as loud as your new thunderheader ! And is the baffle inter-changeable , do they sale a big bore baffle for it ? I want it loud !
If you want it loud you can buy a tuning kit for this pipe that comes with an openend cap and 20 discs. It's nowhere near as loud as a thunderheader though in it current state.
Sorry, but I only accept paypal. It's secure for both the buyer and seller.
