The weather kinda sucks right now in the Houston Galveston area. It's supposed to clear out Friday evening and be nice Saturday and Sunday. Me and the wife will be going down Saturday.

BTW, yes -- we'll be going down to the Island tomorrow a.m. for breakfast and walk-around, then maybe later in the day returning with the wife. However, I'm not one for the Strand after dark...it'll be intense this year with Halloween on the same night!!!
