Default Platinum Air Ride Operation

I recently bought an 05 HD Deuce equipped with Platinum's Air Ride Suspension's bleed and feed system. I just got a copy of the operational instructions from Platinum and they are worthless. I have tried to search online, but I keep finding complaints about the instructions, but great comments about the system. I have heard you can adjust both the ride height and rebound. I feel now i am just adjusting the ride height, not the rebound. Can someone explain how to adjust the system?

Thanks,

HDeuce

Can I ask you a favor? lower the bike all the way, are the wheel and suspension bottomed? I am thinking to get the same air shocks but worry about the ride height when it fails. Thanks!

to operate a bleed feed, you need to check that air is filling and bleeding out of both chambers . Both switches should turn on the compressor and also release air. The shotgunshock is also a feed bleed system and the operation instructions are on the web site , go to the last page of the installation instruction.

Yes, as was said above this is exactly how it works along with having pneumatic valves that will handle dump and charge when the need arises.

I have had my Platinum now for over 4 months now with not a single issue!

I love the ride and adjustability on the fly! It is quick and responsive when you need to adjust for different road conditions or for riding 2 up!
