Wow! what a post. I almost forgot about all that stuff that was done. sigh...good times, good times.

Actually this shoud help a bit. You might even be able to see the bikes kidneys somewhere in these pics. Album keeps increasing so you're going to have to keep scrolling through the pages.

Anyways some small spacers were used to mount the lights. You can find spacers in hardware store, a specialty hardware store. The place I go to in town is a bike builders gold mine. and as a matter of fact right across the street from this place is Las Vegas Titan custom cycles. something like that. I don't know if Lowes or Home Depot deals with a lot of welder/mechanic custom building parts.

Really like the drag bars but I must have forward controls. Mid is just too uncomfortable for me. Think the drag bars would be uncomfortable with forward controls? One of the best looking nightsters I have seen man good job.

Any tips on marking the holes to be drilled in the heat shields? Did you use any kind of a stencil or just take your time and make sure they were all even? Any special drill or bits used?

I'm a new Nightster owner and this is my first post on here

Thanks!
