My advise is this...buy the bike you like the most! Yes, comfort is important but don't buy based on just that if you don't like the bike. There is so much you can do to accomodate your size ie, bars, risers, forwards, different seats, shocks etc... you can see that most of us don't keep our bikes stock and we do all sorts of things to make them more comfortable for US. Buy the bike YOU like the most and go from there.

(For your entertainment my first bike was a 94 kawasaki vulcan en500, and i was the same size as now)
Do yall think that there would be a problem with the lo "bottoming out" When i ride 2 up?

I think by frar this is the best advice ive goten. Tho this will be my first harley, it will be my second bike. Im Already planing chainges to ither bike.

Sure man! I hope some of this info helps you even a little with your decision. Feel free to PM me if you have any particular questions because like I stated previously, the Heritage and Fatboy are the same bike, just different fenders, tire, and overall look.
