Well I left work early to take my first blast on my new Wide Glide. All in all I like it alot. The forward controls are a little stretch due to my short inseam, but I'll get used to it. 1st bike I've owned since my 96 flstn that wasnt a untra or a road king. Nice to have this bike to blast around on by my self, still have the road king for when the wife wants to come along.
Bike seems very quick compared to my King. 6 gears will take some getting used to never used 6th today, but I'm taking tomorrow off to go riding its going to be 70 degrees in NJ.
All in All the 2010 Wide Glide a blast and looks great!
I'm in PA. Looking forward to the warmer day tomorrow. I may even ride to work, even though it is supposed to be 42 at 6 am. It would be the first ride since i put the pipes on and I'm really looking forward to it.
I agree about the forwards feeling like they are a stretch. Have a 30" inseam and it feels that they are a little far. I think it is just the way the seat is.
Spent all day tooling around on my WG. Here in PA it was the first decent weather we've seen for a minute or two. Congrats on getting yours out and about for the day. Oh, and get some pix up
Well my 2010 wide glide is on order they just got my pipes in yesterday and i will be picking it up on saturday i cant wait weather is not looking so good but if i see a break in it i will be out riding
