The fairing in you picture is a similar design to the one I purchased, but the fit and finishes of the one I purchased seems better. I did pay $450.00 for mine.

According to Woody the fairing I purchased was a copy of one of his earlier designs. Mine was finished in a black gel-coat. It wasn't a good finish/color match for the rest of the bike so after everything was assembled and tested I disassembled it and had it painted. The paint job was a buddy deal that basically cost me nothing.

It's back together now and on the bike. I was a the Harley shop today and got nothing but complements on it.

All in all I have about $650.00 in mine which is getting close to what you can get one from Woody's for but I am very satisfied with mine and enjoyed the work I put into it and the accomplishment there of.

I'm in Beaumont, If you need help pm me and I help you the best I can.

Now onto the next item for my project King-Electra.

Yes, that included the Stereo, Not the best one I could get my hands on but let's say the price was right.

I think the materials on mines is pretty good. I just took it outside and it didn't fit. I kinda expected that. My spot lights must be in the foward holes. Did that happen to you Texas Rapier? It looks good on my bike.

Who makes your fairing? Is the fit and finish good? I checked your eBay guy, he doesn't have any for sale at the moment. Good write up.

Tomorrow I am going to remove my brackets and test just the brackets before moving my spot lights.

Manish, thanks for the pics. Is there a gasket or some sort of trim that is supposed to go in between the outer and inner fairing? That gap isn't really all that bad though. I think it would be barely noticable with a dark color. My bike is flat black, so it probably not be seen at all. Please post some pics when you mount it on the bike!

Take a look at the Woody's fairings too.

The Dragonfly fairings are now only $899 now, which is what I'm looking at.
I looked at the Woody's fairings. I'm not a big fan of the scalloped/raised area on the outer fairing.

Can you get a Dragonfly for $899 with a stereo?
