I'm Acitve Duty Navy, and getting ready to retire in a few months. Like UNCLE FESTER I'm covered for my medical treatment by DOD, whether Active or Retired. Do I or SHOULD I still get MEDICAL coverage for the bike? I'm a brand new rider / owner - as of April 2010 - and have noticed how CRAZY the rates are for me. I realize experience and time will diminish the sticker shock of the insurance, but just starting out I'd like to keep both arms and legs insted of having to give them up to insurance companies.
