Uh, political correctness and Harley's should never be mentioned in the same sentence. I checked the bikes in stock and they want 25K for a new Rocker C. The current exchange rate is 1.03, so why pay the canucks an extra 6k?
we always pay more. That's pretty much across the board at all dealerships. i was told HD does a market/currency check quarterly so you could see prices go up or down through out the year. I know a couple of people that were bit by that because they only had a downpayment on the bike and the adjustment was done before taking the bike or paying outright.
This isn't a political correctness issue. It's an issue of poster displaying bigotry against a group of people who have suffered greatly for their choice of religion.
Maybe it's a common expression among the people you hang out with. If that's true then you spend a lot of time around people who are both insecure and bigots. Perhaps you should find a better class of people to hang out with.
You need to watch throwing around that word. And I think you need to learn the meaning as well. Using the expression that the op and myself in another thread used is not displaying hatred or intolerance towards anyone. I have nothing against people of Jewish descent. In fact I don't know enough about Judaism to give two ***** either way. They are no different than anybody else IMO.
People need to stop being so damn defensive and quit reading into things.
I just don't get it.
The term used was respective of the fact, not someone's wild imagination, no the fact, that many people in many races and walks of life somehow have the opinion that many Jews are now, and have been, excellent negotiators and businessmen.
In fact I'd be willing to bet that the father and his fathers father refered to earlier, were in fact themselves good at negotiating themselves real good deals on things.
So what is offensive about that.
IMO, dumb ***** that I am, I can only come up with respect for that.

Whoa there dude!! No need to trash the people I hang out with. Whether you agree with it or not it is a fairly common expression, didn't say I agreed with it. As a matter of fact I have a lot of respect for Jewish folks, damn resilient group of people. Ease up, no harm was intended.

Harm doesn't have to be "intended", sometimes it's just a byproduct of ignorant behavior. Using racial slurs (particularly in a public forum) is certainly ignorant (and racist) behavior.
