I went to the dealer and tried to order this for my street bob as well. Dealer told me it would only fir Fat Bob's and Wide Glide's due to the struts. Said it wouldn't fit a street bob.

You may want to double check before you order. If it would work for the street bob, I would order one in a quick second. Cheaper than the Ginz alternative.

I dont know if the kit was short or the wrong kit...i had already driven home and wasnt going back. I had the bolts so everything worked out.

I really like the look of the sissy bar. I have been looking ALL night for the right one and almost gave up until I saw yours. I have an 09 Fat Bob as well so the information you posted and the pics is a great help and I will be purchasing this item because of your post. Thanks again.

Has anyone had any luck seeing if this bar would fit on something other than a Fat Bob or WG?

This setup is pretty much what I'm looking for or do you guys know of a similar setup that's close to this??

Default 09 Fat Bob

Want that sissy bar bad for my 09 but wondering about saddle bag fitment with the sissy bar docking hardware. My saddle bags just bolt right the the galvanized bracket on the back of the strut. Can i just used the docking hardware bolts to bolt my bags on?

+1 on this. I have a 2010 Fatbob and it went on very smooth.

Cajun Fat Bob - Used the docking hardware. This bar doesn't fit between the struts and fender...

Default Found a nice sissy bat for '09 FatBob

here is my 09 Fat Bob with a Khrome Werks sissy bar and backrest pad I installed today. Less than $200 , easy to install and looks pretty cool I think.

I fish this thread would have come up a week sooner, I just put the chrome ridgid kit from factory on because moco said it wouldnt fit. In an aftermarket book found that the 2010 upright was wider than 08 and 09 and figured it wouldnt fit. 08-09 was 9 9/16" and 10 was 10 1/4" ? Now I got to powder or paint.
