Just noticed this....Biltwell new BLACK megaflake....holy $hit now thats a baddass helmet. DAMMM!!!! had to buy it. Only took me and hour after seeing it. Knew that i wanted it.

Well, drill some holes in it. thats what I did. works good. and ifn its cold, cover holes with duct tape.

Finally picked up a Fulmer V2 helmet in Northern New Jersey. There were two places that had a somewhat limited stock of them. The first place was House of Honda in NY. The price was right on the helmets 79 bucks but had one in red, silver, and blue. Was looking for a black one so I headed over to Kosco Harley in New Jersey. Kosco Harley had two models in stock, the leather one, and the gloss back with the stripe down the middle and American flag on the side. Normally the helmets are $103, but they were selling them for 25% off this weekend. I thought that was a pretty good deal, tired of looking so I picked up the gloss black with stripe down the middle. Pretty sweet helmet, I bought a XL and the fit is just about perfect. Might have to pick up the gold one at some point.

Really diggin' the orange! I will say from experience that the pictures do their helmets no justice. When I got the Bobber Green, I was blown away by how good it looked in person when compared with the pics. The Fulmer metal-flake look is almost like the newer Biltwell mega-flake versions (NOT the sedated sparkle look of the older ones as the pics might suggest).

Went for a new look. Old school with a twist I guess? It's got me known around my town now as "that guy with the crazy spiked green helmet", LOL. Beats most of my previous nick names around town, ha ha.
