how to tell if 07 Roadking has factory alarm

I just bought a used 07 FLHRC and it has the red alarm lights in the speed odometer, but other than that I don't know if it has an factory alarm on it. The previous owner died so I didn't get any fob. Also, if it does have an alarm does anyone know if I can get it programed without having and fobs or codes?

How do you get it started? If you are just using the key to unlock the ignition then I am pretty sure you don't have an alarm since the FOB is a passive and is necessary to be in the vicinity of the bike to allow it to start.

Not sure the details of finding out if it has it but a HD dealer can reprogram it to a new fob. Should cost around $80 for the new fob and reprogramming.
