no psi in your SG....that ride must of been somewhere between a rigid and a lumber wagon.
If you loose pressure again, check to make sure the valve stem is in snug first.

Default Air Pressure in 2010 shocks

I put 30 in mine for solo riding. That seems pretty good for 1 up riding.

Mine came from the dealer with 12 pounds in the shocks. Running at 25 now.

Mine came from the dealer with 15 lbs, I am 220 pounds and it bottoms out on major bumps with 22 lbs.
I am now running 30 lbs and it's a really decent ride.

I don't think the shock pressure is on any "dealer check list".

Same here, when I got it there was no air in them. For my tastes and riding style riding two up most of the time and kind of "getting with it" I end up running 40 psi or bottoming out alot. I'm thinking about changing to the 10 wt oil in the shocks and the 15 wt in the forks this winter.

My salesman went through the bike with me during delivery. There was no air in the shocks when he hooked up the pump, but he put 25lbs. I asked why that didn't get done during the service "set up" that I paid for and was told that was his job to do because the service dept does'nt know the weight if the person buying the bike. Makes sense to me. Sounds like it should be the salesmans job.
