Default Where do you put your helmet?

Ok I am a recent metric conversion. On my Suzuki, I was able to lock my helmet to it. With my Sporty (no bags), what do I do with my helmet, carry it around?

At bike events or bike friendly venues (enough other riders around keeping an eye out), I don't have a problem leaving it on my seat or bars. But if it is a general public type parking and the bike is out of sight...what do you do with your helmet?

Thnx

I carry mine with me. I put it on the bar when I go to a bar, or hang it on the seat. Or I'll fold my jacket and put it on the floor and put my helmet on top of it next to my chair. Of course, all my helmets were dirt cheap, except for my full coverage, which I only use for highway riding mostly. So if someone stole one, it wouldn't break my heart, and it would give me an excuse to ride home without one on.

Last time I checked, all my helmets were gathering dust in the hall closet...of course I haven't looked for them in a few years now, so maybe if I'm lucky, someone stole them...

Don't wear one, but if I did, I would carry it with me.

If I gotta leave it with the bike unattended I'll take a gun cable lock and lock it to the rear shocks.

I almost always leave mine hanging from the bars. Haven't had a problem....yet. But if someone is that hard up that they want to put their head where my sweaty noggin has been, I feel sorry for them.

I store it in a culvert just outside of Mesquite, NV so when I ride to Vegas I can put it on.
