Connecting a LED light bar
I picked up a Show Me manufactured light bar from a vendor at the state HOG rally a couple weeks ago, but didn't have the 2010 Tri Glide with me. It includes directionals at each end and flashing brake lights and tail light and is installed under the tour pak. It's supposed to be easy to wire up by just crimping a connector on the side of certain wires and plugging in five wires from the LED bar. I am supposed to look for a blue, ground, red/yellow, purple and brown wire under the seat. My problem is all the wiring is neatly in black tubes and I don't know where to start looking - and I am not keen on screwing up my wife's new wheels. Can anyone point me to the tail light/brake light etc. harness for the Tri Glide or a schematic or diagram somewhere? I may just wait until the next event where the guy shows up, but I already installed the bar and the wiring is now just tucked up under the tour pak. Thanks for any help!

I think there was a subtle message in there! Okay, here are some pics. The brake signal has a five second variable sequence of flashes to get the attention of the driver behind. I am not thrilled with the way it looks in daylight, but I have gotten used to it or more tolerant. The pics obviously show tail lights only, brake lights and right turn signal. Everything is red except the LEDs at each end of the bar for the turn signals are amber. My pictures may look like there's a yellow glow around the red lights, but that's just my old camera, I guess.

Thanks for posting the pictures! From the pictures, the lights sure look like they would get the attention of the guy behind you! I have a couple of questions, if you would be so kind:
01) Is the light bar narrow enough that it could be installed either:
1A) Between the Harley label and the tour-pak lid? <<<OR>>>
1B) On the tour-pak lid right above the lip?
2) What is the correct name of your light unit? I look on the web under Sho-Me Light Bars and all they showed was Police/Fire Emergency Lights.
Any information would be appreciated!

I bought the bar at the State HOG rally from a vendor. It is marked "Sho-me" as the apparent manufacturer, but it may not be a version they market themselves. The vendor is in Warner-Robbins, Georgia, and has a website www.showbikelights.com. He calls this model the "Strobinator", I believe.
The bar is 18.5 inches long, 1 3/8 high and 1 1/2 deep. The bar is extruded aluminum with a channel along the length of the top side. The head of two stainless little bolts slides down the channel to whatever position you need. In this installation, you insert the bolts through two holes you drill in the back bottom of the tour pak and attach a nylon insert locking nut to secure the bar to the bottom edge of the box. So vertically it would fit between the label and the lid, but it is a half to 3/4 inch too long because of the black molding of the antenna bases, and it would not look good with the bolts sticking up. If you came up with a way to use a bushing or something to stand the bar off from the side of the tour pack you might be able to drill through the back and rig a bolt (you'd have to remove the LEDs and electrical guts out of the bar first), but cosmetically you would need to make the top of the bar more attractive. You'd face the same mounting/cosmetic issues if you try to attach it to the lid, plus you would have to use an angled mounting bracket to keep the clear face vertical. It does come with two L brackets that are normally not used. I will try to attach another picture that shows the side of the bar.

Not sure if anybody has answered one of the first questions in the initial post, but here goes the old "look at the service manual" thing again. It has the wiring diagrams in it so you can intercept the correct circuits.
