Not turned vertical but can fold in.

Greetings,

I've done all the mods I want to this bike. I do have a bag that attaches to the sissy bar and faces toward me that I can put junk in when needed, but I leave it off when I don't have to haul anything. So, to sum it up, Screaming Eagle air cleaner, SERT, and Vance and Hines ShortShot Staggered pipes.

I have pics in my photo album on my profile.

I'm liking ths new wide glide more all the time, torn between this and the now all black street bob.

Just wish they made the bob optional with forward controls, but they ain't too hard to install.

Both good looking bikes for 2010.

The vivid black wide glide with a tank lift and lowered rear would look sick, maybe even a set of red laced rims, maybe. So many options.

Just installed a Rush Chrome series muffler; part #28601 with a 2" baffle. After removing stock muffler, could not see through it down the tube. I guess this is why its rather unassuming. The new Rush muffler is an EXACT duplicate on the outside, with a straight through design; 2" inside diameter. There are little divots on the inside of the baffle but nothing much to divert sound from being a straight pipe muffler. My dealer said nothing else is needed since the O2's will compensate and the intake isn't allowing anymore air in.

Now it sounds like a Harley instead of a shadow. Something similar to a cat-back exhaust system for a truck. Much throatier and louder, maybe a little more perf but its got plenty as it is....just sounds better!!

I believe a stock 2010 Wide Glide already has a tanklift.
