That is what the cops around here have said. when doing slow riding they have to compensate for the delay in the resonse

Well, I don't have throttle by wire but my '07 will do it to if my rpm's are too low at take-off.

Try getting the RPM's up to about 3500-4000 and dumping the clutch, it will not lug then J/K, I usually take off from about 1200-1500 RPM and still feather the clutch while applying more throttle.

Don't lug a Harley V twin, first thing I learned many years ago. If you are starting in first gear ,you can feather clutch to start slow ,but give it more throttle.

Other bikes are different than your Harley.

My other bikes could pull the front tire and carry it with just a flick of the throttle, so why won't my Harley? It's flawed logic.

You need to roll the throttle as your releasing the clutch. It's normal.

I have had the same problem with our 09 ridding two up. It almost sounds like the primary chattering. I never once had that problem with older Harleys.

I've noticed the same thing on my Cross Bones but not on my Triumph Rocket 111.
But then then there is a slight difference in the torque available
More revs and more clutch solve the problem but can't do much for the clutch
