I have a Daytona. It is super light and looks decent. It is the smallest and lightest DOT helmet I could find and it is only around $45.

I was going to get the ACC Polo, but instead I just ordered the HCI Polo a couple of days ago. From what I've read on the forums, these sit a little lower on your head then the ACC and the Daytona.

Id like to try on one of those HCI's or Vega's... I have a ACC polo right now and i have worn it 2x and dont like it at all. The ACC has hardly no padding in it and hurts the hell outta my head

You got non-carbon fiber right? How's the padding on the inside. If there's a way you could take a photo of that, I'd love to see. Thanks.

Hey Chainsaw,
You know helmets aren't returnable - right?

If I were helmet shopping, I'd go try a bunch on around town first.
Then if you wanted to find one cheaper online, at least you'd absolutely know what you were getting.

I've seen helmets pictured on a website that I thought looked great only to be disappointed when I actually put one on & looked in a mirror.

Provided you can find an outfit that has what you want to try on. Haven't found a joint around here that has a really good selection of half helmets and the selection at HD always sucks. Which is in part why I'm a little reluctant to drop over 100 bucks for a CF Helmet without being able to look at it and try it on first.

I have the ACC polo DOT helmet. Love it. It only makes you look slightly like a shroom head. You won't find a smaller DOT. Don't waste your time.
