I ordered a UniGo to pull behind my RK.

While it does work...it scared the crap out of me every time I used it. I'm not sure if its the swing arm bushings in the RK or not, but it felt as if the tail was wagging the dog so to speak.

With a single wheel trailer you have to balance both it and the bike. It was in tight low speed turning that it felt like it would pull the bike over when the tire hit a bump or pot hole. Hitching it up full...also took some doing as you have to lean it to couple it up to the bike. Where ever you go... it draws a crowd.

Right now its setting in the basement collecting dust. I haven't sold it yet because it took 6 months from ordering it to shipping the blasted thing, (2006).

I've since learned to travel lighter...I think like a backpacker...travel light Indian style. No cotton allowed. If it can't be washed in the shower or sink and dry in 2 hours or less...it doesn't get packed.

I use this setup now with a dry bag.

+1 on the Bushtec. I own a Quantum Sport GT and love it. I never forgot that it was back there, but I did have to think about it. On the ride home from picking it up I hit some potholes that shook the bike. I never felt it in the trailer.

We have close to 70K on our Aluma and love it. Easy to load and pulls great. We added a swivel hitch and radial tires.

I have pulled 4 different brands of trailers (Neosho, Evans, Cyclemate, and Legend). The American Legend is by far my favorite. The torsion suspension makes the trailer very stable.

I just finished building this one:

for Sturgis this year. I got tired of loading up like the Beverly Hillbillies. It's a cut down small HF trailer and a tubbed car top box. I have under $350 in it. Total weight empty is 100 lbs even. I got a receiver hitch from mchitch.com and a swivel ball off of ebay.

Just as I was finishing it up, HF started selling a new product that is their small trailer and a car top box. They want about what it costs to buy the stuff separately.
