Great company to do business with for sure! Bought my original exhaust through them and they had beaten the lowest price I found on the net, and shipped it super quick too.
Very friendly and helpful too when calling them.
That in itself is hard to find from a good vendor/company these days!
Nothing but good experiences with them for me. Free shipping, got here quick and arrived as described. And, you cannot beat their prices.
+1 on American Classic - got my SuperTrapp slip-ons from them. Great price and fast shipping. A little slow on reponding to emails. If I remember correctly, I received the slip-ons before their answer to my email.
I'm 8 days after order, with no tracking numbers or reponse of any kind... Three emails and four phone calls all ending in message machine...I have to say I think thats pretty crappy customer service !!!!
IF the part ever comes, I well comment on the quality (V&H 2-1 Big Rad)
I'm guessing they don't even stock it, maybe drop ship ??
I bought something from them recently and was not a happy camper. The part was fine as was the price. However, I emailed them the day I put a money order in the mail as okayed by them. 2 days later they opened a case for none payment. The mail did not even have time to make it to them. 2 days later they reeived the MO and closed the case but it still burns me that they did that. Too many other sellers to buy from some one like that. I figured at first it may have been an automated response but they would not answer any more emails.
