Default 2000 Road King Carb Question.

Puchased a 2000 Road King last month. Just order the manual not in yet. Does this bike come with the stock Keihin CV carburetor with the 40mm venturi diameter. Also does anyone know the jet size for this bike ?
thanks
Wanted to see if it was the same as on my 92 FLTC.

Now the question to start the arguments. which is the best carb for this bike ?

Default what can I do to get more hp

I have a 2001 rk classic w/28k for miles. I have the power commander 3, changed pipes, and the exhaust (true dual). What can I do engine-wise or any other way to beef up my horsepower, getting the best bang on the money I spend. I will be having the work done by a tech so keep that in mind, unless a caveman can do it and I might attempt it.

Thanks,

bob

CV 40 carb is stock
the stock jets are 45 slow, 190 main
it is the best carb for that bike.

install an Andrew 21 cam and have your bike tuned by someone who KNOWS what they are doing.

best bang for the buck right there, unless you want to spend big bux!!
