I put the E3 tires on my Ultra a couple of weeks ago. Simply love them. We have a road nearby with rain groves that wants to pull you into the ditch with the regular tires. That was one of the first roads I roads I rode after the install. My bike tracked right down the middle of the road, no more problems. Cornering seems to be "cleaner", the stock rear tire always felt like it wanted to not track correctly (hard to explain) so I was always cautious cornering. Now I feel like I can ride normally with the E3 tires.
Got both of mine from denniskirk.com. Think it was a shade under $212 for both shipped. One of the best investments for your bikes you can make.

Exactly, and a little bit wider and I think it's a little bit shorter tire[160] there just awesome
...I'm so glad I listen to you guys, you told me how well they made the bike handle and the groves in the road I wouldn't feel and the bike turns quicker.....I just can't say enough about them, I'll never run anything else....
If you think you're excited now, wait a while until you discover how well they wear. It's amazing. I have >1/2 tread left on my E3 rear at 11k miles while the first two rear tires (D402) were totally worn out at 10k. I don't see a downside to these tires unless you must have WW.
The original is a 140 , I was gonna ask if the 160 is a snug fit ??
E3's are gonna be my replacements as well ..
I did some measuring on my '07 SG and decided that based on Dunlop's specs the 160 wouldn't fit, but the OP and someone with an '08 SG managed to stuff one under the fender with a hair's worth of clearance from the belt guard. The guy with the SG had photos in a thread seen here a few months ago. IIRC my clearance is .22" with the MU90-16 now mounted and the 160 is >.50" wider, which translates into >.25" closer to the belt guard. Thus, even though two people have demonstrated otherwise it should make contact with the belt guard.
Tires do increase in width over time, so I won't be taking the chance on my bike. The E3 on my bike now is 3mm wider than the same-size new E3 that's mounted on my spare wheel. I have the MU90-16 and it fits perfect, nearly the same dimensions as the stock MU85-16 (.01" taller, .06" wider).
