Raaze07 - Conventional Wisdom says that if you are only adding mufflers that you do not need to add an aftermarket ECM tuner, but I disagree. Now, I'm not a technician so my advice is immediately suspect.
But.... I added the MO's onto my existing setup (103" Big Bore Kit, SE Intake, HD Download and stock mufflers) and my bike immediately started running too lean. It seems that in my case the stock mufflers were the "bottleneck" in the system and since the MO's flow so much more air than the stockers, this put me into a lean condition. Since adding a Power Commander to manage the air/fuel ratio the bike runs much better.
I just installed them on my 09 SG it is to cold to take it for a ride I did not add a tuner and I was not going to
is any one running them with no tuner ? how is it working ? they do stick out a little more then stock and they fill out under the bags great I hope the run and sound as good as they look

Just sayin'....
Thanks Pastor John, that's kind of what I was worried about (making the factory lean condition even leaner). Maybe I'll wait 'till after the 1k service and do it all at once. Does Jamie have a map for the MO's yet on the PCV?
I installed the dresser duels with the Monster Ovals... I think it looks bad ***! However, I do think they could be a little louder and I'm thinking about removing a little bit of the packing to see what it does...
Over all, Im really happy I installed them... I'd just like little more thump out of them!
