Yes, I believe many on here have done the Heritage bars on fairing bikes and they are narrower. The RK bars are wide at the bottom.

Did you need longer cables?

Default 09 RK pullbacs

Hi JonnyD,
Do you have a part number for the high RK bars? I bought a new 09 FLHTCU Saturday and know I made the right move. I am 5' 8" tall and had pull backs on my 03 FLHTC but I don't know which bars they were. With these bars, the new bike will be perfect.
Thanks for your help.
Ken

johnny d, the road king bars will not fit the flh series because of the center width. and you can bet that once flanders gets the idea that they can notch them for tbw and drill the hole for the wires, they'll crank up the price as well. i have been looking for something that works for me too. i'm six feet four inches, but i still have to reach foreward for the bars rather than relaxing into an upright riding position. perhaps the flanders would be just right.

Oldman Harley, can you compare the wrist angle/position between the Flanders bars and the Khromewerks bars? I bought the khrome werks because I liked the wrist angle better than Wild Ones but did not even look at the flanders bars. I don't know why though?

johnnyD, the bars for a roadking will certainly not fit the electraglide. no way, no how. they will fit the roadking though. the center distance where they mount on a batwing bike needs to be much wider to clear the fairing. the bars for the batwing equipped bikes are exclusive to that model. look in your parts and accessories catalog, and you'll see what i mean. good tip on bars Oldman. even at 6'4" tall, i still reach forward to reach the grips. thank you for the tip.

I agree,,,, the FLH bikes need the special wide center on bars..

In checking the Flanders web site... They do make these bars for internal wiring

F1: Ultra ClassicŽ Style Narrow Handlebars - That are 2" Taller and plus 2" more Pullback, Chrome, HD Knurled (4.5" o/s), Punched holes for Internal Wires

http://www.sideroadcycles.com/Americ...lassic2-2.html

I now run the Wild1 575 but I am really thinking of getting these flanders... I hade my FLH sex changed into a Road Glide for two years and ran the Wild1 517's and really Loved the pull back.. When I changed back (May 09) I missed the pull back...
