4th Annual Southwest HD Forums Rally and Green Chili Run
It is time to start thinking about and planning the Southwest HD Forums Rally and Green Chili Run. This will be the 4th year of the great event and it is always a lot of fun.
Anyone with destination ideas, times or other suggestions please jump in and let's get the ball rolling.
This is a ride that some of us started 4 years ago as a weekend thing to eat some green chili in Taos, NM. It has turned into an event that runs for 5 days and we always try to pick a great riding destination. Only real requirement is that it is in the Southwest, has some great riding, and somewhere along the route to eat green chili.
The ride consists of 250 to 300 mile days so it is not gruling. We have been to the Colorado Rockie Mountains, Taos, NM and the surrounding area, and last year was most of Arizona.
We have had anywhere from 20 to 40 riders. The rides have always been fun, and a great chance to meet and ride with other forum members. There is a sitcky at the top of this section of pics and comments from last year's ride.
Cotton,
No need to bring clean quarters, they are just going to get dirty anyway.
