Since the other respondant has no clue....
If you're running dual calipers, 11/16...9/16 for singles.
And yes, you'll notice a difference. They're very sensitive. As soon as you let off the clutch lever a fraction, it grabs and wants to go.
I'm not asking about brake master cylinder, but about CLUTCH MASTER, there are aslo 9/16 and 11/16 to chose from, which one should i take if i'm instaling the 99-06 harley hydraulic clutch kit? anybody using it? if yes, can You check your left hand control and tell me, what is writen there, usualy the bore is engraved.

Guy?
I went to HD's website to lookup what you need. It mentions nothing about the clutch side coming in different sizes. However, it does mention the brakes and states what I already posted regarding the sizes. I had to look this up because I was a bit baffled. I've installed a few hydraulic clutches and don't recall anything regarding the bore size for the clutch reservoir.
There are aftermarket hydraulic kits for HD's, although I'd have to look around to see if the one I have, a MAGURA , which is available from Drag Specialties will fit your bike.
I have one on my 03 FLHTPI and it is as sweet as the one on my Jap bike.
In case nobody comes through with the stamped size, most references that I came up with were 11/16" clutch master cylinder bores. It all boils down on what size the slave is for matching. Good luck.

I know that the HD kit comes in one size, but is it 9/16 or 11/16? I cant find it. I've got HD hydraulic clutch transmission cover and want to buy aftermarket hand master cylinder for it which is offered in two sizez 9/16 and 11/16. So which one will fit?

Are you trying to get them to match up for banjo bolt sizes?
The bore has nothing to do with banjo bolt size.
