Don't buy it at all you are throwing your money down the hole. Mikunis do NOT make any more power than the CV you already have and they are harder to tune!!

It really depends on the air cleaner setup you're running. If you're running an after market A/C, including the SE setup, you get the 42-11. Otherwise, get the 42-10.

Now that that is cleared up, I also say don't waste your money. I bought one and ran it for a couple of days, took it off, and sold it. The CV carb is great and easy to tune. I'm getting 94.5 HP with a CV so it's more than enough carb.

Thanks for the info. I just want a little more throttle response and a little more flexibilty in tuning. And, I really just want to do something to my bike.

There are just so many things you could put that money twords that would actually help the performance of the bike. Some headwork and alot more compression will give you good throttle responce also.

I agree headwork and cams is the best way to go, however carb and installation about $400, cams and headwork about $1500.00. Unless donations are being given I am doing the carb this year. My compression is already 10:1.

Does the $400 include dyno tuning? I was quoted as much as a grand to buy, install, and tune. Obviously, I laughed but in the end, the place where I had it done it cost more than $400 and they really never got it right. It may be because of all the motor work I've done but I finally bagged it and went back to the CV.
