Default Installed the Jagg 10 row oil cooler today ...

I installed the Jagg 10 row horizontal oil cooler w/ thermostat and went for a ride.
I have a 2007 Ultra w/ true duals,SE slipons, stage 1 AC and Cobra Fi2000 fuel management system.
It was 95 degress in Connecticut today, HHH for sure.
We did about 100 mikes and when I got back home I checked the temperature.
206 degress on the front cylinder and 238 on the back, not too bad, dropped my running temps over 20 degrees in this weather.

No pictures of the install, I can take some of the finished work, if your interested.
The cooler and adapter were about $260.00 on Ebay.
If I didn't strip the allen head both on my chrome regulator cover, it would have taken me about an hour +/-, start to finish.

How are you measuring the temperature on the front & rear cylinders?

Charlie, I installed the Jagg 10 row on my '07 FLHTC over the Memorial Day weekend.&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
Although I am very happy with the results, I spent most of 2 days on the install. [:@]
&nbsp\\;
I would definitely do it again, but I'm sure the work would take much less time the second time around.&nbsp\\; lolol

I used a digital laser temperature gauge and measured each cylinder in the middle at the base.
2 days for the install OMG what problems did you encounter?
I had all the necessary tools.

The adapter was the hard part.&nbsp\\; I would definitely recommend a ball-head allen wrench, the extra-long one works best.&nbsp\\;(5/32, if I remember correctly)&nbsp\\; All I had to work with the short ones, without the ball-head.&nbsp\\; Thatand the beersreally slowed me down.&nbsp\\; So, the next day, I was able to mount the cooler beneath the regulator, run the hoses, and do the rest of the oil change.&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
I guess I'm a little fussy with the installation\\; I made sure the oil lines were zip-tied away from any vibrating parts, etc.&nbsp\\; Also, I had to clean up the bottom of the motor with Simple Green.&nbsp\\; So I'm a slo-poke.&nbsp\\; No leaks (so far) and I knocked 25-30* off the oil temp.&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
My next mod is gonna be IDS.&nbsp\\; Any bets on how long that will take???

Just some FYI on the Cooler,
Hot Bike magazine has an article in it this month on the install and results. It has the before and after temperatures listed.&nbsp\\; The temperatures were taken using the DTT, IR gun, probe in the oil tank....
