The Midway in Monaca, PA on Rte 18 is a nice bar with an open patio.

Another good one but it is actually not in PA is Kamakaze's on Rte 30 on Chester, WV. Monday is a 6 dollar NY strip special that actually isn't too bad. What makes it even better is that every night from 3-9pm the bar maids are completly naked!

I agree with crash in Bellefonte just outside State College on Rt. 26 is the Pa Road House great place

I always see bikes out there but have never gone in.
