The Midway in Monaca, PA on Rte 18 is a nice bar with an open patio.
Another good one but it is actually not in PA is Kamakaze's on Rte 30 on Chester, WV. Monday is a 6 dollar NY strip special that actually isn't too bad. What makes it even better is that every night from 3-9pm the bar maids are completly naked!
cracker barrel has no shortage of bikes outside but on a saturday night its all wiggers and lil wayne/black eyed peas played waaaay too loud. you wont hear 2 rock songs all night

I always see bikes out there but have never gone in.
The Bar-B Que Pit on RT. 422 in Sinking Spring draws a fairly large bike crowd most every Sat & Sun afternoon. Open air deck out front in summer, glassed in, in the winter but still open. Located west of Reading and east of Wernersville right on 422. Cold beer, full bar and decent food with lots of bikes to check out.......mostly all HD's.
That place ain't bad, I've been there a few times throughout the years. If you go a few miles down 422 right outside of Robesonia there's a new bar called Johhny & Hon's Smokehouse, I think their getting alot of the Pitts business as there are quite a few bikes that hang out there.
