I have this same set-up on my '04 EG and it took me about 2 hours and, because it is a cop bike and didn't have the fairing cap switch, had to install it also.
Guys who have done this on Street Glides have re-used the stock bullet turn signals--not sure why you are buying an additional set of turn signals, except that's what your dealer is telling you is needed.
