Re-jetting my carb. Suggestions?
Okay, so I'm a little embarassed to admit that I've never re-jetted my carb before. I askedmy mechanicwhat size he put in but he couldn't remember because it was over a year ago. I've since changed to the Thunderheader and I know I probably ought to re-jet. I don't know if anyone can tell me what size jets to look for based on my build or not but here it is. 95", SE203 cams, stock heads and ignition. Yost tube on the carb and a foamair filter element. Thunderheader exhaust. Can anyone give me a direction here?

Check out this page and maybe consider buying one of HQ's kits. They also come with needles.

Clammy is right, you will foul your plugs, I know this from personal experience.... 95", S&S510g, stock heads & AN BS air cleaner. I made it 11 miles with 48 slow jet, 200 main before it started missing out, pulled the plugs and they were coal black, fuel fouled. went to a 46 slow & 190 main, 2 3/4 turns out on the mix screw and I'm gettin' real close, still playing with needles and needle positions.

I you put a new TH on the bike (I assume it's the one in the pic), it was (is) pretty darn lean. Look at the discoloration of those pipes at the joint. Pretty awful, be happy that the engine is doing OK.
a 45 slow with a sporty needle and a 190-195 main would be my starting point
EDIT: Lose the Yost tube, messes more things up than it fixes.

How is your bike running now? what do the plugs look like? what exhaust was on it before the TH's?
Yost kits don't have a very good reputation around here, I have no experience with them so I can't tell you if they are good or not [&:] they do mess with the way fuel is emulsified before it is drawn up past the needle, could lean or richen the mixture going past the needle and that screws up the calibration of the rest of the fuel circuits.
do not determine A/F ratios by the color of your pipes.... your sparkplugs will tell you the situation, and do a search on reading plugs and learn how to read them properly, I really like this one;
