Just that. It shouldn't stall. It is a fuel injected bike.

Does your car stall? Nope. So what makes a OBDII bike any different than a OBDII car? Mission Control. We have a problem.

wouldn't be suprised if mine was more do to rider error than a mechanical problem. it's always started right back up and rode without problem.on a side note i have had it "cough" at me when starting it a couple of time though. It might need to go back to the dealer to be looked over but i just got it back recently and am a little leary of letting it go back.last time they had it it was for 1 month 5 days.

Dallas, I was wondering why you were being so quiet on this issue! I thought if anyone would speak up it would be you! I was beginning to think I was the only one with this issue!

I bought the 07 because of the EFI and now thinking I should have bought a 06 with the carb at least I could have rejetted it.The problems I am having is a running lean issuse blueing of my front pipe andrunning hot, stumbles when cold. Talking with the dealer and from what I read this is a common issuse. HD is blaming the EPA for making them run lean but for big bucks they will remapor dyno tune for even bigger bucks. IfI understandwhat I have read on the pclll it will only correct in the higher ranges, I usally don't run in the 40 to 50% throtle ranges. My only choice for now is ride it till it breaks, maybe by thenHD will fix their problem!

I have 2 EFI bikes, from cold start the Sportster stalls out a couple of times in the first 2 - 3 minutes before it is ready to go. My Triumph doesn't have a problem, its purring from cold all the way up to operating temperature. Definitely a problem with the EFI on the Sportster and I think it may have started when we did the Stage 1. Its an annoyance but not something I need to get fixed after figuring out that after the first couple of minutes its ok.

Mine has done it before and after stage 1. The only thing the dealer says is if no check engine light is on, it's normal! What a bunch of bull Crap!
