i bought bulk braided line and made my own lenght to suit my needs on my 01 fxdl,,,some real neat end covers in blue,,lokk just like B-nuts,,,very nice and u can get bulk braided line very cheap,,i bought 10' for 15 dollars,,and 2 bucks for fittings,also ran braided from tank to car.looks great

You can find 2" tank lift at eBay power seller mmcproducts. It worked fine on my 2007 Super Glide Custom.
